Privacy Policy

How data submitted through this site is collected, used and protected.

Last updated: August 2026.

Who is the data controller

This policy applies to dralorenagqueiroz.com.br, operated by Dr. Lorena Gidrão de Queiroz (CRM-MG 85769, RQE 71258), practicing at Healme Clinic, Rua Rafael Marino Neto, 600, 4th floor, UMC Complex, Uberlândia, Brazil. For any request related to this document, contact lorenagqueiroz@hotmail.com or WhatsApp +55 (34) 99832-3302.

What data is collected

When a form on this site is submitted, the voluntarily provided data is collected (name, WhatsApp/phone, city and the message or reason for contact). While browsing the site, technical navigation data is also automatically collected — such as the source of the visit (e.g. a click on a Google Ads campaign, identified by parameters like utm_source and gclid) — used to understand which channels bring visitors to the site.

What the data is used for

Form data is used exclusively to respond to the contact or scheduling request. Navigation data is used to measure marketing campaign performance (Google Ads) and to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used — never for automated decisions about the user.

Who the data is shared with

Form submissions are processed by the FormSubmit service, which forwards the message by email. Appointment scheduling may involve the Doctoralia widget, subject to Doctoralia's own privacy policy. Navigation metrics are processed by Google Ads. Data is not sold or shared with third parties for third-party marketing purposes.

Cookies and measurement technologies

This site uses Google tag (gtag.js) to measure Google Ads clicks and page performance. These tools may use cookies and identifiers to associate a visit with a specific campaign. Cookies can be blocked in browser settings, which may limit some site functionality without preventing its use.

How long data is kept

Contact data is kept for as long as necessary to respond to the request, and may be removed at any time upon the data subject's request.

Data subject rights

Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018), the data subject may request at any time: confirmation that processing exists, access to the data, correction of incomplete or outdated data, anonymization or deletion of unnecessary data, data portability, information on who the data was shared with, and withdrawal of consent given. These requests can be made through the contact channels listed at the top of this page.

Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are adopted to protect collected data against unauthorized access, loss or misuse.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes to the site or to applicable law. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
